Nocturnal Tattoo Ink

Nocturnal Tattoo ink has been in the making since early 2013 and had it's official launch at the 2014 London Tattoo Convention.  It was formulated by Franco Vescovi and tested by co-owner and legendary tattoo artist Jack Rudy.
