I placed my first order with Joker on Sunday night. Monday they Shipped it, Tuesday I received it. Everything was there and of very nice quality... except, one box of Needles was missing. I contacted Joker via Voicemail and also sent an email. Wednesday morning a representative called me to reassure me that my needles were being shipped to me and I will have them Thursday. Well it's Thursday and I just got um! I am very happy! When these guys say they are going to do something, they do it! I look forward to future transactions with Joker and will gladly refer other shop owners and friends to order with confidence from Joker. Thanks again guy! "Cheers!!!"

My experience was wonderful they have really great products for good prices, and the shipping was very fast. They have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
