I'm very impressed with the pace of this company. I placed an order on the 24th, I messed up my own shipping/billing information, and forgot my "Link for Ink" web address. I called them on the 26th, they made the adjustments and answered some of my questions about engraving. In the face of such tremendous interference on my behalf, they still were able to ship the order within a few days. Just got my shipping confirmation today 10-28.
