These guys have the best customer service i have ever experienced. Unfortunately for me, an item or two has been out of stock that i ordered, but the experts at Joker had a representative on the phone with me within hours of my order being placed with suggested substitutions. I have also never seen such fast shipping. I placed an order on a Monday and had it by Wednesday. Fantastic people, very friendly on the phone and prompt with order information emails along with getting stuff in the mail nearly the same day. I cant recommend these people enough.
